Nelson's Used Appliances

gary nelson is lousy  dont show up after he says he will come  this has happend 2x now  and is always late way past time he tells u he will be there if he shows up     his refurbished appliances are junk  gary nelson is not reliable at all  bought a refurbished fride from in 2014 less than week later it wasnt working took him days before he showed up always says he was busy with his other job

It is my opinion that everyone should get their appliances from Gary! I don't think I'll ever buy new again because there's just no reason to. Gary treats you like your family...his store is always packed with what you're looking for... He allowed me to sell my gas dryer and stove back to him. He picked up my gas appliances at my old apartment and delivered my new purchases to my new home. He also moved the washing machine and refrigerator I had purchased from him 8 month earlier, without complaint or pay (this was unplanned). In the rain no less! The appliances are great. I did once have a problem with my refrigerator about two weeks after I first got it. Gary came and fixed it within 12 hours of my phone call. Whatever he did didn't do the trick...two weeks later I called him again because it was losing it's cool. Within two days Gary was lugging a different refrigerator up to my 2nd floor apartment, at no cost to me. All his appliances come with a 30 day guarantee and he stands by it. When he delivers your appliances he sets them in place and hooks them up so they are ready to go. No fiddeling with dryer vents, washer hoses or any of that. That's nice for a single girl!!
