He proactively checking on my house and initiating any fixing needed, he is very honest on what needs to be done and if we need to hire a specialist. He also goes above and beyond the works that he got paid for. On a number of occasions, he made extra trips to my unit to check on different issues. Bottom line, great work, trustworthy and reliable. The gutter cleaning was done on a vacation house, so I had to take a leap of faith and send payment prior to the work being completed.
