I have been working with them over the course of a couple of years. The quality of work is always good. However, communication and clean up have been poor. With the siding project I noticed more problems working with them than I previously had. I have a 4 story home, so this was a large project. I found them to be messy and very slow this time around. I was originally told the project would take 5 days and it ended up taking 2 weeks. They tore up the backyard, there is dead grass now. They didn't clean up at the end of each day, they just left their materials lying around. Even once I pointed our that my daughters run around in the backyard they still didn't do a good job picking up all of the nails and debris from our yard. It took my wife and I several hours to pick up their mess once the project was complete.
