During the installation of the roof, contractor drove nails through the set line for our central AC. The set line had to replaced. Contractor said it was not his fault and refused to compensate us for the damage HE did to our set line. I have the sections of pipe with the nail holes in them. so dishonorable not to make the damage he did right.

He was reasonably prompt in returning my voicemail message, in which I requested an estimate for the job, Unfortunately, he never showed up for the appointment we agreed upon, nor did he call to reschedule.
