Crystal Clear Pools

Horrible!! I had them open my pool for the season on 5/7/18. They couldn’t install the ladder until the water was filled and let me know that when it was filled I should call and they would come right out and install it. They said they would be out to do it as soon as possible. I called 9 times over the last 3 weeks and they still have not installed the ladder. I’ve left vm’s with no return call. After a few calls they don’t even pick up (they have callerID and were avoiding me) and it goes to vm. I used a friends phone and of course they picked right up. When I inquired about my ladder they just told me the owner just stepped out and they would call back which they never did. Part of the opening cost is the ladder installation. Of course I stupidly paid them the bill before the work was complete. My bad. I'm just too honest I guess. Also, when they were installing my pool they broke off the ground portion of the plug into the socket so it’s sticking out. I understand this is dangerous and now my pool isn’t grounded. This could be why they are avoiding me. After 3 weeks of this I called another pool company and they installed the ladder right away. The kid came right out on a holiday. I have no idea how much the cost is going to be to have an electrician remove the ground plug that is broken off in the outlet. I do not recommend this company at all. Very bad customer service. I’m not one to post a complaint about a company but I paid for a service I did not receive plus they never called me back. A simple phone call to let me know status would have been better than waiting over 3 weeks to be ignored every time.
