SERVICE MASTER-HUNTINGDON VLY

We made an appointment to have Service Master clean two of my rugs. the first time we had scheduled because the truck broke down. Nothing can be done about that, happens to all of us. they said they'd call back to reschedule, which they did several days later. However, we then rescheduled for a window between 1pm and 3pm. 3pm rolled around and I still hadn't heard. It turns out the person who was supposed to clean got asked to do more extensive work at an earlier client and so it pushed my appointment back, and no one let me know. when I said I had to leave at 4pm I was assured someone would be there by then, but still no show. I cancelled the appointment and haven't rescheduled. I will be looking for someone else who's more reliable. Also, I had them out to clean carpets 2 years ago, and was pleased, but the prices have gone up significantly (like 20%) since then. If it's no longer a bargain, why work with such an unreliable service?
