Lice Ladies

I first reached out to the Lice Ladies when I had already treated my daughter with a pesticide shampoo and it didn't seem to be working, and I was also concerned that I had caught the lice myself. (I didn't - phew.) I got useful advice over the phone. Shari visited us at our home about 2-3 weeks later, after I thought I had beat the lice, but realized I hadn't. She was so kind over the phone that when I realized my daughter still had lice there was no doubt in my mind that it was time to bring in the big guns, so to speak, and call Shari again. She arrived within two hours on a Saturday, which was amazing and convenient. She spent 2+ hours combing a non-pesticide foam into my daughter's hair and removing the nits and lice. I could not believe what she combed out - stuff I didn't even see. I'm more educated now that I've seen how small the lice nymphs are and Shari gave me some important tools, like a heavy duty stainless steel nit comb and some leave in conditioner spray to use in the future, as well as prevention education. If by misfortune the problem occurs again, I would not hesitate to call the Lice Ladies right away.

We were concerned that our kids might have lice after an outbreak at school. Shari came and checked their heads; she was very professional and answered all our lice questions. I have also seen her presentations, which have lots of useful information.
