Ken tuned our piano twice; the first time to set the pitch since it was so out of tune. Ken was punctual; always called ahead to confirm the date; and our piano sounds great!

I inherited a piano that had not been played or tuned in some 50 years, but is in excellent condition with no obvious repairs needed. Ken scheduled an appointment for the next day ( a well-timed cancellation), arrived promptly, and finished the tuning quickly. He was pleasant and professional. I plan to call him again in a few weeks for a follow-up tuning and thereafter as needed.

Ken confirmed appt., showed up promptly, evaluated the piano, determined it would require more than 1 session of tuning, made recommendations, performed his tuning work, scheduled a follow up appt, repeated the previous steps a second time. Ken was very professional and I could tell he was reliable. He made my piano sound wonderful! I will definitely be calling on him again.

It went well. Ken was on time and completed the work in a very professional manner. He also an excellent pianist, playing a few nice test tunes once the tuning is complete.

Quick, courteous, and professional. Called to confirm time the night before. Played a beautiful song to check the tuning so also a performance! One of our keys stopped working in the next week and he came right back to fix it.

It was a very good experience. Mr. Coleman is a lovely man who did a very fine job tuning my Yamaha C3. I used to use a tuning service that was more expensive and less satisfying. I, myself, have some experience tuning pianos in an amateur capacity and I must say that in my "expert" opinion Mr Coleman did an excellent job. I highly recommend him as a piano tuner.

Ken has become our piano tuner on a regular basis. He is a talented, reliable, and courteous professional.

The service went well, though Mr. Coleman was a bit pushy in regards to suggesting the piano be tuned twice in less than a month. He provided an article written by himself as to why this was necessary. We are not concert pianists, nor is our piano stored in a room that would subject it to fluctuating temperatures. Two times a year is what I've always heard was the standard number of tunings per year. He was professional, but definitely had a bit of uncomfortable eccentricity attached to him that came off as cocky. He was the type of person that felt as though his knowledge of pianos afforded him an air of arrogance toward other opinions, such as when we explained that we didn't feel it was necessary to tune the piano twice in one month, as it held its tuning just fine. I believe Mr. Coleman is a fine piano tuner, but we were rubbed a little the wrong way by his eccentricity and will most likely go with someone else more down to earth next time.

It went extremely well. Ken was on time, to the minute! He was very professional, courteous and pleasant. He explained just what was wrong and how it could be fixed. He was delightful and I will be sure not to let so much time go by without a tuning at the appropriate time; I will definitely call him back for that.

Ken is a pro! A little expensive, but worth it. I used a voucher for a discount , and he kept it short compared to when I paid full price. Can't blame him, and the piano's tuning is much improved.
