Everything was installed on time and within the quoted amount. Follow up service items were dealt with quickly and successfully. They will continue to be our service company.

Ash is a well hidden company. Family friends had suggested them. If we would have known they existed we would not have bought our system from the company we bought it from. I must say they are a respectable very well put together and thorough company. We had problems with this system from day 1 but ASH was able to fix the problems and keep our home cool. They were very clean when they did there work, and trust worthy. The price was good and they have plans to pay if there are financial woes. There workers are on time and in the case of emergencies they are available for the most part if they are not handling somebody else's emergency.

I knew that my 30y/o furnace was limping along on its last legs, but when it finally wouldn't start, I called JL Ash to repair. Their technicians came over promptly and worked extremely hard to get it going, but as soon as one part would work, then another would fail and they would be back again, to try to keep me running and warm They spent a great deal of time before suggesting that it was going to become too much money into a bad furnace. They helped my pick a furnace that was appropriate for my house and efficient as possible within my budget, and installed it. Due to new vent exhaust, they had to go through the stone basement walls, close off one hole and other and quot;extraand quot; work that I had not expected. They had several techs working at once, and they went so fast. The clean up was perfect and the work through the basement wall very neat and professional. Did I mention that because I had ended up purchasing a new boiler after the all the work they had done on the old one, they only charged me for the parts, and not the extensive labor that they had put in trying to resurrect the old furnace.
I can't say enough good about all of their staff, from the delivery people bringing parts back and forth, to their receptionist and the numerous technicians that made sure my house and family stayed warm. You can't go wrong with this team.

A/C compressor stopped working in H E A T wave....they came out really fast, got it up on a loaner part and repaired system when new part came in. We remained comfortable because they were able to keep it running.

They are a great company.

We had references from people who were using them for the service contract. They are very prompt. They are customer oriented.
