Responsive and returned when the issue wasn't initially resolved

I'm allergic to insect stings. When I found a growing wasp nest close to my front entrance I wanted it removed. Mr. Maurer responded to my call and arrived on time the next day. It took him just a matter of minutes to dispatch the wasps and remove the nest. I've seen no wasps lingering at the site of the old nest.  Mr. Maurer guaranteed his work for 30 days. If wasps return to build a new nest, he will remove it.

Greg is pleasant and works very well. He was on time and told us that he is available should we have a problem prior to his next visit.

He was terrific. He was polite, courteous and more than fair. He came on time 7 am, then came at noon to retreat because he didn't want me to have a problem during the holiday weekend. He told me to wait until Tuesday to mail him a check to make sure the problem was resolved. It was resolved, I didn't need him to come back, and mailed the check. I definitely recommend him and would use him again.

Having gone into anaphylaxis shock years ago from an insect bite, I wanted to get rid of the new wasp infestation. I couldn't see the nest, but every hour or so a wasp would enter the side vent of the air conditioner.
It went very well. The service was very easy to schedule over the phone. Mr. Maurer arrived early in the morning. He shot two different aerosol pesticides into air conditioner. Within minutes a wasp fell dead from the unit, covered in a white powder. Since then, I haven't seen any wasps entering or leaving.

I would highly recommend their services. Very polite and professional. He had to come out a couple of times because the location of the nest was very tough to reach. But never hinted at a grumble or inferred it was trouble to come out again.
I really appreciate the work.

He does what he has to do. He is punctual; comes on time. A lot of people in our neighborhood use him because of us.

I am pleased with the service and the employees. I do wish they took credit cards, but the price is very good. I feel safe letting the workers in my house. They are friendly and caring people.
