They did a very good job. There was a problem with the sink that they came back and fixed within a day.

Blockage was pretty heavy, but cleared after having to go thru the sewer stack in basement.

FLS is family owned business that we have used for both small and large heating/plumbing jobs over nearly 40 yrs.  They offer good quality work at fair prices that are lower than larger vendors.  People that you can trust in your home and rely upon doing the job right!

They arrived right on time, and they cheerfully worked around all the obstacles and delicate possessions in the basement to wrestle out the old hot water heater and install the new one. Their estimate was just a few dollars higher than the others, but I liked their professionalism and attention to detail right from the first contact on the phone. I would definitely hire them again.

Mr. Chuck was the person I interacted with. He was here with the new hot water heater within twenty four hours and he finished the work within eight hours. He worked during the weekend and did not charge me the emergency service charge. He was efficient. His price was fair and he did good work. He knew what he doing. I cleaned up the water that had leaked and that night I could take a hot water bath. He was trustworthy. If I had to go on a vacation, I could go over to him and just give him my house keys. I could ask him to go around, finish his work and lock the house. I could then go over and pick up the keys from him after coming back from my vacation. I would not mind if any service provider charged me more than what I have to pay. But, if they did a good job and stood behind their work, I would love their work.

I have been using them from 1984. Their personality and the quality of work are good. They try to get everything right the first time.
