Earth Mother Gardens

For the garden job two years ago, I hired her to put in perrineals and weed my garden. She charged me for potted perrineals but I could tell some were dug up from her own or someone else's garder and I really had to baby them for them to survive. I believe I paid $1600 for that. Last year I paid $600 for her to weed and mulch, which I thought was alot. This year, it was just to weed the gardern. I didn't ask her to mulch because last year I hired her to weed and mulch and she basically put alot of mulch over weeds. This year, she quote $350-$400, for what I though was a day's work. I should have been smarter considering last year. Not only did she come when I wasn't there one afternoon, she left behind many types of weeds and never came back even after I paid her and told her I wasn't happy with the job.. Also, She charged the higher quote, (like she did last year) despite the short time on the job and its sloppiness. Once burned, twice shy, three times, I'm an idiot.
