Complete Domestic Services

We called and left a message to arrange a time for a whole-house cleaning. After 2 days, we had not heard from CDS, so called again. This time we did speak to someone, who quoted $200-250 for a one time cleaning to be performed in 5 days. On the day of service, no one showed-up, so we called. The same person appologized, stating she lost our phone number and that she meant to call us to arrange another time. We scheduled for a week later. On that day, again no one showed-up. I called and the same person said that Philadelphia schools were closed, so she had to stay home with her child. She stated that she left me a text message informing me. I let her know that she did not have my cell phone number, only my home phone, so I did not receive a text. I informed her that we would not use her services and that we would write a review on Angie's List.
