BOB GUERIN REMODELING

We bought a house with a 1950s kitchen. which need to be gutted and rebuilt. Bob was very helpful in the design and planning of the new kitchen, including the selection of materials. He did all the work meticulously himself, with only one helper and plumbing and electrical subcontractors. He also removed the kitchen flooring and the entryway flooring and redid it in oak, as we requested, to make the entire first floor have the same flooring all the way around. The floor looks as though it was that way originally, it's amazing. You can't tell what parts of the floor are new and which are original from the 50s! All of the work Bob has done has been of the highest quality and looks fantastic. But the most remarkable thing has been his flexibility in working around our schedule and getting things done on a much shorter schedule than he wanted because of our moving dates. He cut short his vacation and worked on weekends to get things done. I am shocked to see this kind of dedication to getting a job done and done right in a contractor nowadays.

Working with Bob was great! We hired him to replace our rapidly-deteriorating front porch decking. Bob made recommendations on wood types that worked best for our porch location and taught us how to maintain the work he completed to ensure we have many years of good use. He and his team were prompt, friendly and did an excellent job for a reasonable price.
