No complaints. I had a very good idea of what I wanted done. Unlike other contractors I had out, they didn't try and change my mind and push me in other directions. They also added some great suggestions that I hadn't thought of. They were able to start quicker than I expected, which was nice. Work was completed on time, and their work was fantastic.
Description of Work: New kitchen, hardwood floors throughout, painting, removed a wall, installed new baseboard, installed attic stairs and plywood so attic can be used for storage.

Provider called back and scheduled and appoint to come to my home within two days. Came out said they would get prices and call back with an estimate. Have not heard back in over three weeks. Called them back and have not received a call back. The woman that came out was nice just no follow up. I'm not sure of date just know they were in end of February beginning of March. I called them this week.

We purchased our house approximately eight years ago. When we bought it, we know that there were several changes that we would like to make to the house. These changes included improving the parking and putting a bathroom on the 1st floor. At the time, the front porch was in poor repair, but we thought that it may be able to be repaired in the future. Over the years, the condition of the porch deteriorated to the point that we realized that the only solution would be to have the entire porch replaced. The concrete porch floor was sloping in toward the house and water was entering the basement when it rained. In the summer of 2014, we decided that we needed to do some major renovations on the house. We have a unique house for the area. It is a Spanish eclectic home with stucco exterior with a flat roof and crenelations at the roof line. As some point in the past, a previous owner removed the matching porch and replaced it with a porch that did not fit the style of the home. We wanted to replace the front porch with a large porch stretching the entire length of the home that matched the style of the house. In addition, we enlarged the driveway and decided to put a bathroom on the 1st floor and convert the garage into a family room. Jefferson Hills Renovations came to our aid. After getting a few estimates for the work, we found their price to be reasonable. Our initial design was rejected by the township, but this did not pose a problem for Jefferson Hills Renovations. They came up with an alternate solution, which, although didn't meet quite all of our desires, was the best that could be done within the constraints placed on us by the township. Work began shortly before Christmas, and over the next 6 1/2 months, Jefferson Hills Renovations worked in sometimes terrible weather to get the job done. They listened to all of our requests throughout the process without any push back. The finished product is beautiful. The porch looks like it was original to the house. The addition blends perfectly and the bathroom and garage conversion are wonderful.
Description of Work: Installed bathroom on the 1st floor, built small addition to the front of the house extending the depth of the garage, converted garage to a family room, enlarged driveway, removed old planters and regraded yard, made new concrete walkway to the back yard, tore down old dilapidated porch and replaced it with a new, larger porch in style with the home.
