Tim Friday came for an initial consultation and product proposal. He was prompt and very courteous. He clearly explained Bruno products to solve our needs. A proposal was sent via email. After our acceptance, he set up appts. for installation. All work was completed neatly and efficiently. The lifts were demonstrated and their use thoroughly explained. After the installation our home was left neat and tidy.

HSM was professional and easy to work with. We were in need of a quick turn-around in our rental property's bathroom upgrade, preferring minimal involvement from our part in the details of the project.
HSM took the lead, based on our input on preferred styles, in suggesting replacement pieces and color options, and in obtaining all materials. They stayed within our budget and anticipated fast turn-around times, delivering a beautiful, upgraded finished bathroom. They also went above and beyond in resolving an unexpected plumbing issue before completing the project.

they came and installed the stair lift very professional at first everything was so tight i could not use it when i was sitting down on the chair. They would not leave until everything was right and i could use the lift. If it wasnt for tim i would still be stuck in the house. The price was to where i could afford it and Tim worked things out to where I didnt have to wait for lift. I trust them and they are the kind of company that the people come first. If there was a higher rating then an A i would give it to them. If u are looking for a company that takes care of home mobility they are the ones to call.
