It was a good experience. There was a minor issue where we had to file a claim due to an accident, but they paid the claim and took care of the accident and were very responsive. Their pricing was good, comparable to competitors.

I had packed all my things, and they were not ready to do the job. I had to find another company. They said they did not have the license to travel outside the company. They called me over the phone to inform me that they would not be able to do the job, and they lady who made the initial arrangements told me that she did not know that Somerset was not in the same county.

It was their sub-contractor, Pyle, who did the actual move, and he was excellent. The sales rep at Marodi was the reason why we booked them. He was involved in the job and was very personable, and seemed to really care about the quality of the move. We had gotten 3 estimates and nobody else was like him. Their price was neither better nor worse.
