He was on time, professional, and friendly. He took the time to explain to me what was wrong. He replaced it, and everything was cleaned and put back in place.

The company was very easy to work with and Kevin (the owner) came and gave the estimates. He was friendly and professional. The office manager (Sharon) was always polite and very willing to answer any questions we had. The crew came on time, finished in a very reasonable amount of time and cleaned up very well when they were finished. As far as the B grade I gave on quality had nothing to do with the plumbing work. The new shower was made by the same company as the one removed but was not quit the quality of the old one. The toliet was an A. Like they say, "they just don't make things the way they used to."
