"[[Member Name Removed] s review posted on Angie's Ads of Burczyk Contracting was unjust and false. As a 5 star Contractor for 45 years, I have never encountered a customer like this dominatrix, bipolar, know-it-all, demanding client who made herself out to be a perfectionist. At our first bid meeting she divulged that she was in the military for 10 years as an intelligence officer. She verbally spouted off a complete dossier of me, my family tree and all our families businesses. That was the reason she contacted me for her projects because our family built the house she just bought in my deceased father's plan.. I made up contracts for all work requested. She was constantly requesting for credits (cost reductions) when she kept changing her mind during our work progress. She offered to do some demolition work for a rebate which I agreed to. Unfortunately, all that work was never completely done and cost me additional time to correct and finish that incomplete demolition work. At one time she even refused me entry to the house to finish my work for a week and holding my tools hostage, called the police twice, who stated she can't make up her own laws. Through all her tantrums, I did finish her kitchen. Needless to say she cost me an excessive amount of lost labor time & money including this nasty review and 1 Star rating. BTW, I an very disappointed that I can not include several Before and After photos of the beautiful job we did and the kitchen she is now enjoying. Photos are available upon request along with an free estimate for your project."
