I've worked with Dave and Spectrum for more than a decade.  Dave helped me purchase my first house and several properties (both personal and investment) since then.  He has helped with several refinances as well.  He is knowledgeable, honest and makes the mortgage process understandable and easy.

I called the number provided and Abbe picked up.  She was so nice and helpful.  She took down all of my information.  Trust me, I am not easy.  Once that process was complete, within a day or so, received a call from David, the owner.  He not only guided me through the process, but told me what to expect.  In the end,  the process was such a great experience.  It wasn't always easy, but they worked with me to make sure that it would complete as quickly as described.  The cost was totally competitve and lower than what I was quoted at the bank.
