Natural Beauty Lawn Care

Their prices are reasonable and even low. However, their service level has been degrading, particularly in the last couple of years. I am willing to give them another chance as they have been taking care of our large grounds for more than 5 years.

After two years of average service on lawn care (there was little to no improvement in lawn quality despite treatment, and clean up following mowing was mixed) I was questioning whether to continue for another year. Despite that, I contracted for all cleanup at a cost of $325. While they did come mow and blow leaves, they did not clean beds, cut back plants like hastas or remove debris (sticks) from the lawn or beds. Though I was promised in writing that they would return, no one ever did. I was forced to pay the bill in full under threat of legal action. I will not use this service again.

Used Pete's services once again.  Spring cleaning, mulching, & removal of concrete footers.  Great bunch of guys.  Wished they were closer to my neighborhood.  Will use them again.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal and this provider came out to go over work that needed to be done. I never heard from this provider again despite several calls that I made. He never returned my calls.

We would use them in the future.

We weren't exactly thrilled with the work that they did. So, I don't think we will be using them again. I think we did have to pay an additional price because we wanted to add a bush in the yard. Our challenge with them was that I wanted someone home when they came out to do the work. The first time they scheduled, they had to cancel, which wasn't an issue. But then, they never told us the rescheduled date. They just came out and did the work. I think the price was good. They did what I requested. My biggest challenge was them arriving and not telling us they were coming. Then, the tree that they installed, they didn't exactly explain all that they we installing and it died the very next year.

Scheduling of the service was an issue.  The recommended dates for service delivery were ignored, the service was scheduled on an unacceptable date, tried to contact the provider to reschedule and received no response, service was delivered anyway without the required preparation being completed.  Finally was able to speak with the provider and the provider agreed to preform the service again later in the spring.  Service was delivered again later in the spring but the results were not up to expectations based previous experiences with other providers.

We are very pleased with how well his crew did the job.

It turned out fine. It was not as we expected. The way they advertised, we were going to grind a stamp but they had this little tiny machine that took them forever. It took him all day. The machine broke while he was  here. We paid extra but it was better than getting another service provider.

It was okay. It's a local company from the area, so I did get a feel that he was really interested and willing to job around our neighborhood. Basically I did get a good vibe out of him.

Everything was fine. There was a little mix up with the bill but they did nice work.

It went well. Once we were able to coordinate a time, they came right out and did what they needed to do. They did a good job.

I originally got  a deal through Angie's list last year in the fall . However, several says after I purchased the coupon, the present lawn service that I use (green lawn) had performed a unauthorized aeration of my lawn without my consent. I called Natural beauty and spoke to Pete and requested that the aeration be held until this past fall and he agreed but asked that I call in August to get on the list for an aeration. I called in August and was told that I was on the list to be done.I called again in September, then in October and each time was told that I was on the list to be done. I called again in November and was told they would be out the next day--no service. I called again and finally the aeration was done. I have had aerations done int he past and usually , there are tons of soil plugs all over the lawn. To be honest, I did not see many soil plugs  following the aeration and not a lot of seeding. I also question how effective the aeration  will be as it was done so late in the season. I was not particularly happy with the service that was done and don't feel that I should have had to dog the company to get the work done.

It was an average Fall clean-up.  Scheduling was easy with them.

I still use Natural Beauty Landscapers today in order to try to nurse my lawn back to health.  When we purchased the house the yard was in poor condition.  Pete and his team come out about every other week to mow the lawn (only 36 dollars per mow).  They also are fertilizing my grass and killing my weeds as well as aerating and reseeding.  It will probably take a year or so before the lawn looks healthy again.

As for the bigger, more immediate projects, his team came out and worked very hard for two days getting everything in order.  When they were finished the yard look absolutely amazing, and completely different from what it looked like before.  They did a great job moving bushes to other parts of my yard, as well as mulching around the house and fence.  Everything looks great and Pete offered a 10% military discount on the cost.  He is a great guy and a hard worker.  I definitely plan on continuing to use Natural Beauty for the foreseeable future.
