I received great service from the staff of Focus MX. . My project was not an easy one because I wanted very specific color schemes and backgrounds. I am a psychotherapist and I really wanted something that was unique and would help those seeking my services perceive what i am about. I believe the website captures my philosophy of life and therapy and gives potential patients a window into what being in treatment with me could look like.
The two people working on my website were extremely patient, knowledgeable, and treated my account as if it were a large corporate project. The attention to detail and their kind persistence during times when i might not have been as responsive or timely as I should were so helpful to me. My website is just as I had imagined it would be. Additionally, I contracted for a blog component and I am so glad I did. Their after-care is also superb. They took care of launching the site live to a host and they also provide website hosting and management.
I have already spoken to my colleagues about Focus MX for their their website design. I recommend this company without reservation to members of Angie's List. I am delighted with the product.

It went well. I felt confident that I was going to get a great finished product throughout the process. Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional.

I?ve had a site for my small business for years, but it always just sat there.  We were satisfied with just having some sort of presence on the Internet, and we didn?t give the site much thought.  We were barely getting any traffic to our site, and the few visitors we did get never contacted us or signed up for our service.

Now that our site is up, and our search engine optimization has been active for months, our site is actually a monumental benefit to our business.  We?re seeing much higher traffic to our site, and our qualified leads have increased by more than 41%.  We?ve gotten so many compliments of our new site, and we?re happy to recommend FocusMX to all of our fellow small business owners, except for our competitors!

I worked closely with Laura, my project lead, who helped me identify exactly what I was looking for. They had a large portfolio of beautiful sites that showed me what they were capable of, and worked to create my vision for my website.  Every interaction from the beginning of the process to the end was professional and prompt.  They kept us updated through the whole process.  When they finished building our custom site, we were very pleased with the results.  It looks great, but the real benefit has been the results it?s gotten for our business.  We?re working with them now to enhance our search engine marketing, and they will be at the top of our list for any future web work that we need.
