This was the first time I've had to use an agent (first time home owner), and I will definitely use this agent again when it comes time to sell. They are very personable, respectful people who have gone above what they need to do in order to make me comfortable with my purchase.
At closing table, when sellers agent and title company were pretty much wrapping things up, Bridge Valley saved us all from any headache that would have been caused by an additional detached parcel which needed to be included in the deed.
They are a 'mom' and 'pop' organization with decades of buying and selling experience and it shows!
