Horrible, Untrustworthy, Ripping people off for labor charges!

Pump and holding tank okay. Bathroom another story- when they replaced the flang on the toliet the wood was rotted so it had to be replaced. Sent someone to get wood and took him 2 hours (Lowes is about 8-10 miles). Came back with plywood and 2X4 and nailed in a square of wood to replace where the toilet sat. I was not at home so I don't know what they did underneath. The new floor is lower that the original and there is a 3/4 inch gap the whole way around. Also they used furniture grade oak plywood. The floor will have to be redone when we replace the flooring material -They charged $500 to "fix" the floor. Materials were probably less than $50. Also they started to run the camera through other pipes to get a estimate on other work that needs done but they had to stop to take the camera somewhere else. They still charged me $345 for the camera use and said they finished it when they came back to do other work. NO estimate on what the "other" work would cost. They WILL NOT be coming back to my house again.

Informed plumber we have the house up for sale and only wanted to put a minimum amount into the hot water heater.  He advised replacing and buying an extended warranty saying that buyers would really appreciate that and it would help our home sell faster. He quoted us a price of well over $2,000 for a new hot water heater.  Plumber used such high pressure sales tactics that I asked him to leave my home.  I have never experienced such obnoxious and pushy behavior in a plumber!  Paid him $30 to get him to leave.  Worst experience ever with a plumber.

He charged us too much as we had had the same repair done previously and it had cost just over $100.  We would never recommend this company to anyone.

Our five year old hot water heater needed repaired.  Plumber advised it would be cheaper to replace than to repair.  He used extremely high pressure sales tactics to sell us a new hot water heater at $2,000.00 as well as extended warranties even after we advised him we were selling our house and wanted to put as little money into the water heater as possible.  We paid for his service visit of $35.00 and asked him to leave.  I would never do business with them.
