We cannot say enough about how fabulous this team is.  They finished our basement extremely quickly, and they did not require any downpayment (we paid half when the work was half done, and then paid in full when the work was complete).  The workmanship was top-notch.  One of the two owners were nearly always on site during construction, and they went above and beyond with re-plumbing, breaking up cement, etc., in order to meet our requests.  In addition, our basement and garage have literally never been as clean as when they were working on the house.  They shop-vacced the entire basement and our garage every night.  It was amazing.  We have recommended them to others and everyone has been amazed at the reasonableness of their bids and the quality work that they provide.  We would definitely hire them again for any major project, and we would use them if we were to build a house from scratch.
