The experience was good. They were very easy to deal with. They were very prompt with phone calls. The guys that came to do the windows were phenomenal. They did a really fast clean job. The windows were great. The price was good.

Excellent quality and craftsmanship.  Work was performed as promised and on time.  Mike, John, and Lincoln were very professional and took care to match the existing structures so that you cannot tell that the new doors and molding are not part of the original house construction.  They were very punctual and courteous and did everything they could keep everything as clean as possible during the 3 day construction process.  We would use them again for any future remodeling.

I had submitted requests for estimates from multiple companies for the replacement of my Aluminum siding with Vinyl siding (which included the soffit/fascia, gutters, etc.). Top Quality Construction is the only one that responded. Mike called and arranged to come to my home to discuss the project. Upon arrival, he was very professional and listened to what I had to say and what it was that I wanted. There was no sales pitch and after a lengthy conversation, Mike and I came to an agreement on the best options available to me. There was no pressure from Mike to make a decision at that time.
At this point, he showed me the types of vinyl siding, colors, accents colors, etc., still no pressure to buy. He performed his walk-around to come up with a quote. When he came back into the house, he sat me down and explained everything that they will do, what the job would fully entail, and the total cost of the project. Mike even suggested a couple things that I can do to save some money. At that point, I decided I would work with Mike and his company to get the job completed.
The 1st day of the project came. The guys let me know that they were there and that was the last that I heard from them until the last day. All of the materials used were kept in the yard (it was fascinating to watch them make the gutters). When they left on the last day, you could not tell that they were even there. Now that really impressed me.
The house turned out beautifully, and I have received many compliments on it. I am looking forward to working with Mike and his team on future projects.

I had scheduled 5 estimates from different companies 2 of them never even showed up and another company showed up and measured the windows and then I never heard from him again, and one of the estimates i got was for over $10,000, I decided to go with top quality for several reasons, when Mike came to my house he was very professional and thorough, after talking to me and actually finding out what I wanted he showed me some sample windows, when he showed me the price I was pleasantly surprised it was for just over $5,000 for everything, that made me happy! The day of the install came and when the crew showed up they were also very professional making sure to cover up my floors and clean up everything while they were working. I was very impressed with these guys from begining to end. I will definitly be using them again in the future.

Top Quality also known as Equate did a really good job. There was even a nice clean smell after they were done. They put deodorizer in it or something. The price was also very reasonable. They do charge by the vent. I am very pleased with the way things turned out. They were very professional and they knew exactly what they were doing.
