Excellent work!

The plastering was excellent.  He was very neat.   He is a very nice man.

Mark and his crew did excellent work. He had checked the rooms out earlier and knew that our dining room needed blue board in the ceiling. My husband was worried that they would find more problems as ours is an old home but they said it was nothing that they couldn't fix. They were very courteous and conscientious about their job. In fact, we are having them come back to do additional work.

Overall....FANTASTIC. My wife and I have never had anyone come into our house to perform work before and after finding this problem after we paid the money we did for the house, we were upset from jump. We called 4 people for an estimate. The first was through the roof expensive, one never called back, one came to see the issue but never gave us an estimate and finally Mark. Mark set up the appointment and showed up on time and gave us a quote which was very reasonable. He said he was booked for two weeks but would do what he could to get us in the following week. I even offered him an extra hundred bucks if he could make it happen. He made it happen. He showed up a half hour early and it went smoothly from there. He and Greg, his employee, taped off the trim, put down drop clothes and went to work. They scraped the walls again to ensure we had got everything and began the plaster work. This is a dying art but these guys are GOOD. We have an archway in the dining room that was done perfectly. The topcoat went on just as good as the rough coat and they wrapped it all up in about 8 hours. I have been told that a smooth plaster finish is very difficult to achieve.....I was also told from the two other estimates, it would be a two day job. Not with these guys. It was all done in a day and the walls are smoother than drywall. They cleaned everything to spotless condition and when I offered him the extra hundred....he refused saying he didn't have to do anything special to arrange it. He told me to call if there were any problems and went on his way. Total professionals and real down to earth guys. I definitely reccomend Mark for his work and total overall service.
