He came out and did the work, but our lawn never grew back or came in. He did say he would come out to take a look at it if he was in the area, but so far, he has been unwilling to return calls and has not come back out to even take a look at it. I would like him to correct the work or give my money back.

"I contracted this job with member's late husband last fall to aerate and overseed their lawn. This was never intended to copletely redo the lawn. This would never had been possible for $350. At that time I informed him that it was quite late in the growing season and he would be taking a chance but he wanted it done anyway. When she called me this spring,she informed that her husband had died and that she really didn't know what her husband and I had talked about but she wanted the grass planted anyway. I went to her house 3 times. The first 2 times she was having other construction work done, so I couldn't plant the grass. I did replant grass on the third visit. Regis Schuchert 5/11/06"
