I used ReBath's branch in Cleveland. They were absolutely terrific. They showed up early, worked nonstop, cleaned up, and then went through the inspection with me. The job took about 5-6 hours. The 3 workers were extremely polite and very professional at all times. I appreciated the video for homeowners helping me to get ready for the job, and that they consulted me whenever there was a question (such as the height of the shelves and bench seat in the shower). I wasn't thrilled about having to pay in full for the project a month before the work was done, but everything turned out 100% great. As a bonus, they were thousands of dollars cheaper than Kohler's tub conversion pricing, and I'm very satisfied with their quality. I can happily give ReBath a great recommendation.

Fantastic! I've waited several weeks to write this in case something turned up, and nothing has. Adam and Bobby were the two most professional workers we've had in our home. They showed up on time and got right to work. They explained what needed to be done prior to beginning the job. This job took 2 days due to our older home with cement under the walls and floor. The result was just beautiful and flawless. The shower area looks larger than before it was renovated. Because we have no ventilation in this bathroom, except from a window, we did not want to retile this bathroom. It is so much easier to clean now. Thanks Adam and Bobby , for the incredible workmanship!

Excellent Job

We are so pleased with the work. The shower is beautiful. The salesperson, Nick was great. He was very down-to-earth and explained everything clearly without any high pressure pitch to buy. We took advantage of one offer but declined another and he was okay with that. The workers who came in were polite and respectful. They covered the carpet with drop cloths and reviewed the plan with me before starting the work. They had to change some pipes to bring our plumbing up to code. All this was included in the original quote. There were no surprise costs. Our only complaint is that we were not aware we would have to wait 24 hours from job completion to use the shower. We recommend having the work done the day before you are off so taking a morning shower won't be an issue. This was a small job and other companies we contacted either were too busy or not interested unless it was worth more than $20K.

The designer came out and did a great job explaining all of our design options. Our old shower was a bit narrow and had a larger seat in it that took up a bunch of space and made the shower feel really cramped. Our designer suggested that we design a new shower that had 6 inches of additional width and to remove the seat concept since we never use it. Then we chose a contemporary color and design that matched our style that we absolutely love. The install team was very efficient and cleaned up perfectly when they were done. I can’t wait to have our other bathroom done.

not cheap but totally worth it. the salesman was a little pushy but I'd still choose them again in a second.

They called over twenty minutes late, said they were an hour away and had been for four hours, and instructed me to call their office the following day to reschedule. Needless to say, I was not willing to try and finish a project that started out this way.

They arrived on time, was very professional, completed work very quickly. Love my new bathtub. Was on the expensive side. Very happy with the quality and service I received.

They did a nice job. Nothing. It went as expected. That is what stands out the most. The service delivery was exceptional. The salesman aspect was very sales oriented. That was the most bothersome. The price standpoint was exceptionally more than I thought it would be. That was probably my ignorance of cost, as oppose to what they are charging. They were pretty good.

Installers knew what they were doing and where very friendly.

It went very well, and we were very pleased by the finished product.

Work was never done. No one could explain why. Rebath didn't want to return phone calls.

The shower is beautiful. Installed wrong tub in other BR in May 2016. Tried to make me believe it was correct, but when I proved it was wrong tub (3 days later) they did agree to replace with the correct one. I really had to work hard to do this, calling the manufacturer. It is 20 Aug 2016 and I am still waiting. Last week II received a phone call from their install scheduler, but as yet no update. I am really NOT happy so far, but will revisit this review when and if the work is ever done.

Our chief installer was Joe Heath. Mr. Heath was very professional in every way. He was punctual and his workmanship was superb. He was assisted by two other ReBath workers, but Mr. Heath was the person in charge of our project. Initially, we were told that the project would take 5-6 days, but it was completed in three. A review of ReBath wouldn't be a thorough one without this caveat: their "DuraBath" natural stone product is not inexpensive. The finished product is beautiful, but anyone on a limited budget might not want to make the investment. We could've saved money by going with tile - but then again, we wouldn't have the beauty of the "DuraBath" product. We've already gotten several compliments on the room's appearance and the quality of the workmanship. There were no "added" or "hidden" costs; they were true to our contract.

Sales rep (Josh) was very enthusiastic and friendly, with a lot of information. We requested a quotation only to replace our existing shower stall (36" x 36") with Re Bath materials from shower liner to three walls. I was very impressed with product, quality descriptions and warranties but turned away at the $8000 quotation for the shower stall (including any plumbing to bring up to code). I relayed my concerns with the price and Josh quickly changed his demeanor and packed up his things and left, even noting "you wouldn't have called us for an estimate if you'd know about our pricing". I didn't know your pricing- that's why I called. Thanks, but no thanks. Even if my budget does expand, I will be using another contractor.
