Inspector was knowledgable, took his time, and was thorough. He found several costly repair items that did we missed in our initial visit to the house. We would use him again in the future.

We liked everything about them. We were very happy- he was very knowledgeable and gave us some tips on things. He gave us tips on putting in topsoil to help with drainage. He said we had some moisture in our game room, and told us it could've been a leak in our French drain. He said the cheapest thing to do would be to re-route the drain. We hired someone to look at it, and that turned out to be the problem. He was a great home inspector and just did more than he probably had to.
