I have used Walt several times now and have been extremely pleased with his work and professionalism. He is very neat and particular about his work. He took an old plug from my kitchen and flipped the wiring to create a plug in my bathroom. Did a fantastic job. Plus he hung 2 lights for me. Very pleased with his work!

I called Minnick Electric on Monday and they scheduled appointment for Tuesday at 8:00 am. Walt showed up on time at 8:00 am. He investigated the issue, took time to explain it to my wife and fixed the issue. He was professional and courteous. He also cleaned up the area before he left. I would have no hesitation to use Minnick Electric again for any electrical needs.

All went very well, they are very easy to work with.  We had to reschedule once, but it was fine, the work was not critical to time just necessary to have done.  Great work, made it look and seem easy to do although I know it isn't easy to route wires through a 75 yr old house.  Thank you for a job well done !

I have Walt or members of his team doing electric work for me for close to ten years.   They are prompt, professional, creative, and do great work.   The running of new wiring to the garage and the rewiring the garage was done in two days and the work is great.  At other times they have provided creative solutions for electrical dilemmas.   

Walt Minnick arrived on time, worked all day with a lunch break. He recessed the plugs beautifully into my block and brick. He is very  neat, particular, professional and organized. He cleaned up any mess made.  I am very pleased with the work and would definatly have Walt come again.

I couldn't be happier with my experience with Walt Minnick.   He is a second generation electrician, and I understand how he has such a thriving business with 7 teams.  I knew when Walk was providing his quote that he had a ton of experience with homes of all types.  He was not afraid to install 2 boxes in the tiled wall in my kitchen, even though there is no replacement tile.  Walt was able to schedule me within 2 weeks of the estimate appointment, and he complete the project all in one day.  He arrived with every item needed for the job, including a few extra items that I requested that day.  Walt laid out clothes for catching all dirt.  He cleaned up after himself as he worked.  He drills and cuts holes with a vacuum attachment in hand so that no dust ends up in your home.  I had recently repainted the areas that he worked in, and there are no issues with that paint job after he left.  With respect to a GFCI for my clothes washer, which would trip unexpectedly occasionally, he diagnosed that within minutes and it hasn't been an issue since.  He was able to fix the switch box in my bathroom, which 2 other electricians couldn't do and didn't diagnose properly.  Walt is extremely knowledgable of the electric code, and advised me on future projects that I discussed.  He was personable and worked at a solid pace.  He was respectful of our property and furniture.  I do have additional projects, and I know I only need to get one estimate now in the future:  Minnick Electric.

He arrived on time and was very professional.  He performed all services as described and cleaned up the entire mess, including taking the old light fixtures away.  The price was extremely reasonable, and we would definitely use their services in the future.

I called and spoke with Annie who was very helpful.  She took my info and Walt stopped by the house in a day or two after my call.  He looked at all of my concerns and answered all of my questions.  He told me he would get back with an estimate after he contacted his supplier and returned a call within two days.  He called on a Saturday and had the pool pump timer installed the following Monday.  I still have a few things for him to look at but so far so good.

First class all the way at a competitive price. Walt and Annie are great to work with. They were fast and efficient, and the electrician who did the work was fast and courteous. I'll definitely use them again.

I Because of Angie's List, I had used Minnick before and I was so impressed by their work, when I moved, I called them for work I wanted to be done. Well, they did a great job.....again! The kitchen had only 2 plugs and a frig was plugged into one and a stove ignition in the other. The microwave could only go in one spot and that plug had the frig. On the other plug, the stove was plugged in and it was where I wanted the coffee pot to be. I had Tom expand those plugs to 4 each, on 2 circuits. I also requested 2 new plugs to be installed across the room. Everything went great!
The front steps, which are rather high in pitch, had no railing. I had the railing installed and it matched the columns perfectly!
I have since contacted Tom for even more improvement.

The owner, Walt Minnick III, arrived as scheduled.  He reviewed the work that we wanted done and gave us a price.  He scheduled a date for the work and arrived at our home with one of his employees.  The work was completed to our satisbaction in a friendly, quality and  professional manner.

I made an appt for estimate, in which it was cancelled due to an emergency job. My next appt was rescheduled for a mix up on their part.Although,once the service was started they did a very nice job. I would use them again,just being mindful of the poor scheduling. If they could get that part of business together it really would be an excellent company.....but nothing is perfect.

Walt, the electrician, was on time, and early for the estimate. He was reasonably priced, professional, and did the work stated. I would definitely use Minnick Electric again.

Minnick Electric gave me an excellent experience. They came, did their jobs, went above and beyond of what I expected them to do, cleaned up and they were gone in a timely manner. One of the workers actually put up a mailbox for me. They were very courteous.

Walt Minnick is a sterling example of how a contractor should conduct business. He was punctual, neat, professional, respectful, and does quality work at a very reasonable rate and on an emergency basis! He seems willing to do small jobs that aren't going to give him any great financial gain. I will recommend him to anyone needing electrical work.
