MAGIC MAID SVC

For the most part it went well initially, they did an OK job cleaning my home--being a single working mother I needed to find a little help with the housework--it was hard to keep up with everything. Of course nothing is as good as when you do it yourself but I did not have the time to do it myself. Sharon and I had this arrangement for a few years until one day I approached her about some jewelry being missing. I asked her to speak with her help and the other maids that were in my home. I thought perhaps when it became clear what had happened it would be returned. Sadly, this situation was handled extremely unprofessionally, she accused my children's friends of taking it saying "sometimes teenagers steal". She was reluctant to address this issue. I paid her for her final service and asked that she not return to my home. She was extremely upset by this action and filed a Civil Suit against me. The first time we were to appear before the Magistrate she did not show up--the Magistrate's Manager told me perhaps she did not know I was defending and rescheduled it for another day when sadly I was unable to get off work to defend. All in all I thought the way the situation was handled was extremely poor--I would not endorse or recommend working with Sharon Sacremento or her business Magic Maids.
