Larry was on time and very polite. He did not clean his shoes on entering house and left marks on the rug. He ended up replacing the entire ice maker unit; I'm still not sure that was necessary. He did not want to re-test the old unit once he learned what was needed to really see if it was broken, since he had bought a new unit for me. He did not break the final bill into components (materials and labor)... I had to ask for pieces. He was reluctant to give the Angie's list discount even though it is clearly advertised. He claimed to be ''out of his service area,'' but he did not say that when he accepted job.

HE REALLY SPENT TIME TO DO THE JOB RIGHT. IT WAS A BIT MORE THAN EXPECTED AND HE NEVER COMPLAINED.

LARRY IS VERY RESPONSIVE, TRUSTWORTHY, AND POLITE. HE WILL NOT DO THE WORK IF IT IS UNNECESSARY.
