Great! Manny and Keith completed a lot of work at my house. They are knowledgeable, polite and neat. They fixed my deck that was installed improperly by another contractor years ago. They poured new footers and installed the proper support posts. The deck looks like new! All the doors and trim look great as well I would definitely recommend KML for any home improvement job. Call them for your job!

Our experience with KML Contracting was excellent. They were very quick to respond to my initial call for an estimate. Very reasonable rates. Keith and Manny were always very professional, friendly and reliable. They were always there when they said they would be. They were also flexible when doing the work. Would come when it was convenient for us. Did a Great Job. Would definitely call them again.

Mike was prompt in responding to my initial call and submitting his bid.  He worked with the renovation loan company to meet all the criteria for the bid process.  Work began in February 2015 and was complete in June 2015.  An extensive project that required meeting the renovation loan deadlines for work completed to get draws to order to continue work.  Mike and his crew were on time, performed quality work and kept the site as clean as possible.  Mike offered design options and ideas and was easy to work with for changes.  Overall, I am satisfied with KML and would use them again for future projects.  Mike was always a phone call away, took and returned my calls in a timely manner. I always was informed and aware of project progress or issues.

They are respectful, efficient, professional "perfectionists". I continue to be amazed by the extra care they took in assisting me through the materials selection process, explaining and showing me multiple design options, and keeping me informed through every step of the process. My house is gorgeous because of this company. They certainly did what they said they would do and so very much more. Highly recommended to anyone wanting superior work done by a superior company.

With realistic timeframes and estimated costs, KML helped us reach a much better understanding of the project ahead of us.  We are trying to do as much as we can ourselves, and these guys really helped us determine what we can do, what we can't do, what they can help us with, and who can help us with the rest.  They are talented, resourceful, patient and honest.  They were incredibly accommodating, meeting us at off hours on weekends and in the evenings.  They took an appropriate amount of time to carefully consider problems before providing actionable solutions.  When the time came to do the hard labor, they worked efficiently and effectively.  Overall an excellent experience!
