I contacted John by phone one day and showed up on time on the scheduled day.
He did his certification and testing on the backflow preventer in about an hour.
He then submit all the paperwork with the water authority and mailed me back my copy.

I do not have enough good things to say about that guy. He always works above and beyond and he deserves the best rating Angie's List has. He's a good contractor and they're hard to find.

They are just absolutely awesome. They are very thorough and do a great job cleaning up after themselves. I have built a great relationship with them and I recommend them to everybody.
