Called ELK on a Saturday because our air conditioner stopped working on a very hot day. They called us back within 30 minutes and a tech arrived within an hour. The Tech was very helpful, he identified the problem, made the necessary corrections and got our unit working again. We appreciated their responsiveness especially on the weekend. We would defiantly call them again.

Circuit board was ordered but not before speaking to me about the cost. No problem with work done. Only issue was being told that $80 diagnostic charge would be subtracted from final bill. Owner called next day and stated that was misinformation and we sent the extra $80. We would hire them again because of the expertise of the technician.

The work went well. They were in and out quickly. Everything was clean and worked well when they were done. Our furnace was making a noise and they were able to take care of the issue.
