Our prior heating/cooling company retired/closed. Eichelberger company was referred to us by neighbors, we were put on a list since we had air, it was just running constantly. The attendant that took the call explained service calls for people without air were first, but she also took note our call was for an elderly person. She was very pleasant, listened attentively, and was helpful getting us on the list since we were not a current customer of theirs. I got a call the next business day, which was a great surprise (called them on Friday, got a call Monday morning they'd be out that morning). The Technician explained the issue and fix that needed done, he took a part back to the shop for adjustment and returned promptly. A/C is running better than it has in years. Much appreciation for the company coming out when they did, technicians knowledge and service was exceptional.

It went VERY well. The technicians ( all Eichelberger family members) showed up on time, were clean, professional, knew their jobs, and got it done. (in 1 day , as promised)
Cleaned up after themselves, like they were never there !!
Took time for questions - had all the answers (how the unit worked / cleaning filter-etc)
It's worth mentioning that I am a home inspector by trade... So I  recognize good work and  good service when I see it.
We have since hired them ( on a regular basis) to provide scheduled service for this unit,  along with our forced air furnace
 and central a/c. ( they've provided one scheduled svc call so far, all went just well.. as i expected it would)

Made adjustments and cleaned out furnance. It went very well, they were promt and professional. Good service and value.

As usual Eichelberger & Sons is quick and professional easily earning an overall rating of "A".  I only scored a "B" for price because a neighbor replaced the same capacitor  in their air conditioner for approx. $20 making this a pricey 30 minute house call....  However, today all house calls are expensive and that should not keep someone from using Eichelberger services.

My exhaust blower motor on my furnace blew a bearing and was making a
loud metallic clicking when the furnace was operating. I called on
Tuesday afternoon and 2 hours later a service tech was at the house
diagnosing the problem. They were back the next day with a new motor and
had it installed in less than an hour. very pleased. Only caution I
have to say is that they did not call ahead before both times as
requested so that I would for sure be home.
These folks are the best in regard to fast service and very competively priced.

They called me the next day to follow up. I told them everything seemed ok. They said to call them if there were any problems. If the problem had persisted, I would have called them back without question.

They are great. I am probably going to give them a call pretty soon to come out to check the furnace before winter really sets in. They are really nice to deal with. They charged about $125 for the last service. We have various things to do. They have to clean the filters that we have and we have a humidifier. Their price is very fair. They are busy because they are popular, but they try to respond. Sometimes you have to wait.

My husband and I have dealt with EICHELBERGER & Sons for years.  They are great guys and work very hard.  This year we had them replace our furnace and air conditioner along with the hot water tank.  Everything was finished in the timeline we were given with great cleanup. I would recommend them very highly!

There was a prompt response to our phone message (unlike several others that we never heard from) and someone was out to look at it in just a couple of days.  He was very professional, looked over everything and explained what exactly he was looking at and doing.  He fixed the problem by adding coolant after making sure everything else was in good working order.  Will definitely be using this business on a regular basis and will be calling them soon to clean our furnace.
