The owner, Steve, personallly came out on the sales call with product samples. As I understand it, he handles all sales calls. We ordered the windows that night and in about four to six weeks we were informed they had arrived and were ready for install. A block of two days was set-up and Steve and his crew came those two days, removed the old windows and installed the new. No mess, very professional.

Their price was excellent. Their price was almost $3,000 dollars less than all the other quotes I received. He completed the job in one day. I recently had one of the window seal panes re-sealed and it was like 1-2-3 taken care of!
