DELLEFEMINE LANDSCAPING

My husband died. I was selling his house. Dellefemine did work on my lawn i did not ask for nor agree to then charged me $6k. Anthony Dellefemine then harassed me, came to my house, came my lawyer, father in law and others. Had his wife misrepresent herself to my realtor, threatened me on the phone and finally sued me. He said i should have known my late husband would have wanted him to do what he did. The guy is a heartless liar who takes advantage of grieving widows. Don't give him one penny.

Dellefemine did adequate work mowing our front lawn.  However, they would frequently leave debris and trash on our lawn or sidewalk, and they allowed a giant weed along the fence line to grow to a huge height without doing anything about it.  They were also uncommunicative by phone and charged more money than other services.
We needed more work done and we'd heard from friends that Dellefemine was terrible for anything other than basic mowing, so we switched to another provider.  We left a message with Dellefemine cancelling our service; they called us back to argue with us for cancelling on them "in the middle of the season" and tried to guilt-trip us about how they "had personnel hired" and so on.  It's ridiculously unprofessional to scold a client for cancelling their service with you.
I can't recommend that anybody patronize a business that uses emotional attacks to try to retain clients.

At first, everything seemed to be going fine. Then, we went away for a while and the yard does not look so good now. They do come out weekly for us. They charge a minimum charge of $20 even if you have a small yard. They are very nice. Our neighbor uses them as well. I do not expect to be changing companies at all. I just think they may be a little over zealous, but I will stay with them.
