The worst thing for me was that I tried and tried to get them to give me a handicap accessible bar. They kept telling me they would but they never got back to me no matter how many times we talked to him about that. Did it endanger the project? No. They were good with the route thing that they have to do with the builder. Installation was fine, everything about that was great. You don't really see them that much so I don't know too much about them. They showed me their showroom and they really have a very tiny showroom and very few options but it was in a building and not a contract that I went looking for them.
