Terrible! Inspector dis mot know wireing code in respect to gfci's. Probably damaged my central air by attempting to turn on when ambient temp was 45°, when confronted, he replied"Oh". Cost me $550 for warranty If you need inspection services, contact someone else with knowledge and experience instead of causing more stress at time of selling or buying a home
