Tree Service
He started it but didn't complete the job. They clean up needed to be finished and the tree needed to be sealed. I called for months and months, he always had an excuse as to why he couldn't come. He first said that American workers didn't want to work, so he had to hire Mexicans. His next excuse was that they wouldn't show up either. He said he would personally come back to finish the job but did not.
He even charged us more than we were quoted in the beginning.
