Ed is very prompt, detailed oriented, and very knowledgeable. I always feel like he works hard to solve our problems in a cost effective way. Ed and his staff and fixed several problems in the past year for our family that other local providers were unable to repair completely.

This is an issue of courtesy, professionalism, and dishonesty in billing. Not only was the worker rude and unprofessional, he accused the homeowner of taking up his time on the invoice. It took more than a week to get an appointment. During this time the homeowner curtailed all laundry, dishwashing, and major use of water to prevent basement water. The worker did not know the problem, or if it had been fixed when asked. In fact, he didn't want to talk and was very abrupt. Upon my suggestion, I tested the laundry for leaks, and then the worker put it on the bill, and complained about it in ITALICS. No estimate for work was given, and no bill was left. The invoice arrived in the mail. The invoice was not detailed and was written in a rude, accusatory tone, which complained IN ITALICS that the work took longer because of the homeowner's questions, and because of services provided (this is not true). The homeowner's questions (is the problem resolved?) did not take more than 5 minutes, while talking the worker interrupted to take a cell phone call while the homeowner waited! The homeowner did not request extra services. I will not use this company again for their dishonest portrayal in billing and their rude comments, not to mention that they didn't know the problem. I also retract my other recommendations on this company. I will not use this company again.

He always does a great job, and I've used him four times for different jobs!
