Safe-Buy Home Inspection

We were very happy with our home inspection. They were very thorough with the inspection and offered information and suggestions that will be most helpful. We would definitely hire again. Very pleased.

The entire inspection was very detailed and thorough. Not once did we feel like it was rushed. John took his time to show us everything in great detail. He explained and educated us on things we did not understand and was very helpful throughout the entire process. Additionally he emailed us the entire completed report in less than 24 hours. This was one of the best experiences I have had from any company in any industry in a very long time. I would definitely use his services in the future. 5/5 stars!

John did such a great job helping us during our home inspection. He took his time and did not rush. He was even able to complete the report that day so we had it. I would highly recommend him!!

The inspection went very well. He was actually there before we got there already working outside (we were early ourselves). He gave us some much needed helpful advice on how to remedy a few things that needed fixed that would save time and money. I would defiantly recommend him to a friend!

The inspections went very well. John and his assistant were punctual, professional, and very informative. They took their time and thoroughly explained each aspect of the home inspection. We had to have a home inspection in 15 days. I called John and he came out in less than a week. He did our home inspection and walked my husband and I through the house and explained all the details. John the Inspector was very thorough. Before starting he told me what to expect and things he was looking for. He went through the house top to bottom. Found numerous things that never crossed my mind in looking at houses. At the end he talked to me and asked me if I had any questions. He put my mind at ease with the inspection. He was very professional throughout the entire experience.

John was excellent. He was perfect and showed us so much. As first time home buyers, we had no idea what to expect. John was on our side and provided a ton of information with all of his findings. Only 2 short days after inspection, we were provided an in depth report of his findings. We'd gladly recommend John !

John allowed us to accompany him as he completed his inspection and he provided us with explanations for everything he was doing. He was friendly, polite, and efficient. He provided our inspection report the day after the inspection was completed. When we moved in to the home 3 months later, we were dismayed to discover that there were mice above the ceiling tiles in the basement, which hadn't been on the report, but it's possible the mice weren't there at the time of the inspection or the problem was so minor that he didn't detect it. We haven't had any other surprises since moving in to the home, so we are pleased with the inspection services that John provided.
