They opened the drain but it took them forever. The bits they used looked old and were in a bucket. Had to go back to shop to find a different bit that would fit drain opening. Left a mess. Total lack of professionalism.

They were here on time, completed the job in a timely manner and cleaned up after themselves. Best service I've had in a long time and I have used many of the local providers. They definitely will have my business in the future...as long as they continue to provide the service in the manner they did this year!

They were quick to get here, arrived when they said they would. They were reasonably priced, and the work is guaranteed. I had them give me an estimate on another project while they were there, which was also reasonable. I will definitely hire them again.

They did an excellent job. It was a big fiasco. They helped me out and I appreciated it. It was kind of like a two step process. They came in one day to assess it, which didn't take more than an hour and a total of an hour to install the part once it was in. There was a couple of days in between to get the part ordered. They were pretty swift to get it installed once the part was in because they knew how cold it was. I had no complaints. The guy showed up, he was very clean cut and friendly. They told me when they would be here and they nailed it.

They came right away and did a good job. Very polite and professional.

They said they would be here at 8:30 am and they were right on time. The install was supposed to be a two day job, but they came with three guys who were all very courteous and knowledgeable. Later in the day another two or three workers showed up to finish the job.The lead Tech, Doug was great. He was a very good metal fabricator and highly knowledgeable in his field. when the job was completed Doug did a temperature rise function test and everything was checked out good. Miller's price much less then the other two Trane plumbing and heating companies that I had bids from. All in all they were great from Marie the office manager, Dave the owner who really took a lot of time with me during my decision process yo Doug and his crew. I will use this company for all my  heating and cooling needs.

Everyone we worked with was friendly, patient and helpful. They took time to answer our questions and offer choices for how to proceed. The response is always quick, and the service people are always on time. They do a good job of cleaning up and the work has always been exceptional. When you call the office, they are happy to explain the billing, or any other questions you have. I would highly recommend Miller Plumbing for projects of all sizes. They are fair, honest and capable.

I needed a new furnace in February because my existing 22 yr old furnace broke and was not easily repaired (heat exchanger leak). I contact 3 different vendors to start the process on Monday Feb 24th of getting quotes. Miller Plumbing sent a person out that same day. He was very knowledgeable and I didn't get any of that sales BS. I got a firm quote at the end of that visit. The process did not go so fast with the other vendors.
Miller was able to install my new furnace 4 days later. The installation was completely finished in just 4 hours duration, and I didn't think that could even happen that fast. Also, going into this process, I wanted my new furnace to be name-brand Trane. Miller Plumbing seems to specialize in Trane furnaces and also had these (in stock) locally. This is in contrast to some of the other vendors I contacted, that claimed to be Trane dealers; but subsequent events revealed they had no furnaces in stock locally.
Furthermore, I just wrote a check at the end of the installation day to pay them with no hassle. In contrast, other vendors try to talk you into some (upfront) money; and they keep you money while you wait for the installation to happen.
So overall, they provided a good prompt service, and I'm very satisfied.
