Allen called us within a couple of hours. It turns out there were 2 bolts missing from our transmission and it had moved 1/4" from where it should have been. It has been our experience that for such a simple fix at other auto repair garages, we would have been charged a lot more.
We always take all of our cars to McCarthy's. They are very fairly priced and give great customer service. Also, they let us know if there are any issues we may want to address, but don't try to talk us into services that aren't necessary.
