Nothing negative about them regarding the mortgage. We were told we would have 2 free cruises, airfare included and that we would have the option of paying for a 3rd trip for our son if we chose to take him along. When we sent our validating certificate, they informed us that the port fees, etc. totaled approximately $470 per person. We are now having to pay $1000 for free cruises. I have called the mortgage company and left a message regarding this and no one has called me back yet.

"The member's request for "2 free cruises with only minimal fees such as port charges and any fuel surcharges" is exactly what he was quoted from the beginning. He was accidentally doubling the charges and making the cost seem much higher. -Aileen Brida, Loan Office"
