It has taken me a long time to get around to writing this review. In over 1 year, I have had NO problems, ever, with the door. When he installed it he took a great deal of care and time to show me everything about how it worked and what I would do if ever locked in or out of the garage and I did not have power, etc. Our garage evidently had a very old and unusual mechanism. Mr. Moreau said he had never seen one like that. It nevertheless gave him no problem. He was genuinely fascinated by the mechanisms and what he does. He was delightful.
