+ -1 moreI am mixed about my experience. I was encouraged that my washer would be fixed at a reasonable cost. It was not always spinning for the last cycle. Basically it was to be a flat charge of $60 for the consult and any labor, and parts were at at cost once determined what was needed. It was the best price, for sure. They came out and looked twice and was unable to determine the cause. That is unacceptable. They are a repair place. They should be able to do at least what I did and go online to find it should be the clutch or timer. He insisted it was the switch for the cover. Yet he needed to see it fail. So he came out again. Both times within a day or two, and on time. But my washer is still broken, and I do not get my $60 back? Not happy.
