Had a problem getting in touch with him, and getting an estimate back. That said, when he finally came and made an estimate, he got there within 2 weeks, and finished the job in 2 days. He has some excellent people working for him--the painters reattached some flashing down that had come off in a windstorm, and one of them cleared out a gutter that leaves had blocked! He may have an expensive painting service, but his employees believe in leaving the place looking much better than when they came! (and I did not have to get on a ladder myself)
